Policies

Processing + Shipping

 

Please allow between 5-10 business days for your order to be made and packed! This does not include the time it takes to be shipped once your order has been mailed out. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Returns + Exchanges

 

If you would like to return or exchange a piece, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition, within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus any shipping charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. If you are exchanging for a different piece, your new order will be packed and shipped within 5-10 business days.

Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable. I do want you to love your new piece as much as I do! So, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me ASAP so that we can work out a solution!

Workshop Cancellations

 

If you have already registered for one of our workshops, and you are no longer able to attend, please let us know ASAP so we can try to fill your spot. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full refund minus a $35 admin fee 10 days before your scheduled workshop

  • 50% refund if notice is given less than 10 days before your scheduled workshop

  • No refund if you are a "no-show" or give notice less than 24 hours before your scheduled workshop

I understand that emergencies come up unexpectedly. Please let us know ASAP so we can try to fill your spot. Emergencies and unexpected illnesses will be addressed on a case by case basis.

Permanent Jewellery Appointment Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. 

​

If cancelled or modified more than 24 hours before the time of your appointment, a full refund for your deposit will be given. If cancelled or modified within 24 hours of your appointment, no refund of deposit will be given.

 

When booking your appointment you are fully agreeing to the cancellation policy.

Repairs

 

Each of our pieces are dainty and delicate- not indestructible! I understand that things do happen and I would rather see you wear your pieces instead of them hanging out in your jewellery box never to be worn again! If you are in need of a repair, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
